以下是在威爾斯的一座軍營，最近被放到拍賣場上放售，放售價只是六十萬英鎊！！
在香港六十萬鎊，六百萬元港幣左右，只能夠買到一個幾百呎的單位，但在英國竟然就成座軍營都買得到。
軍堡佔地 4.45 英畝，樓面四萬五千呎，大概是 1844 年的落成 (以英國樓來說，其實又不算是太舊) 。主要的建築物就是在中心的舊軍營，以及外圍的一些小屋之類。
